Own the day-to-day performance of a driver fleet. This is a field-first role: you'll spend most of your time with drivers on the ground, keeping vehicles ready and KPIs on track.
What you'll do
- Run daily driver and vehicle operations in your assigned area
- Coach, engage and follow up with drivers on the field every day
- Track attendance, online hours, trip productivity and service quality
- Support driver onboarding and training
- Keep vehicles road-ready: maintenance, repairs, inspections, incidents
- Resolve driver issues, customer complaints and escalations quick
- Enforce safety, policy and operational standards
- Report daily performance to the Team Leader
What you bring
- Diploma / Bachelor's in Automotive, Logistics, Transportation,
Business or similar
- 4+ years in fleet, transportation, logistics, ride-hailing or field ops
- Hands-on experience managing drivers and daily fleet operations
- Strong people skills: you can engage and motivate drivers
- Basic spoken and written English
- KPI-driven, quick problem-solver, comfortable in a fast-paced field setting
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word and mobile apps
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel across the operational area
Bonus points Background in ride-hailing, taxi, mobility or commercial fleet operations.
