Priority Responsibilities

- Lead Energy Management performance activities from benchmarking, vehicle-level target setting, concept, development & validation phase, pre-certification, and SOP readiness.

- Prepare and maintain functional technical scorecards covering targets and status for CO2/fuel consumption and range, vehicle performance, coast-down inputs, certification readiness, and attribute convergence status.

- Perform functional synthesis by consolidating program targets, benchmarking inputs, simulation outputs, test results, homologation constraints, and vehicle-level conclusions.

- Coordinate with Vehicle Simulation, Testing, Weights, Calibration, Powertrain, Vehicle Integration, Homologation, Product Planning, Program, and global engineering teams to secure data, decisions, and action closures.

- Review DVP&R; plans, test reports, quality gate documents, certification inputs, and milestone deliverables to ensure alignment with functional objectives and project timing.

- Drive issue management through risk identification, root-cause alignment, action tracking, owner nomination,



escalation preparation, and closure follow-up.

Required Skills

- Hands-on understanding of automotive energy management performance validation in lab and road environments.

- Experience with test planning, DVP execution, and post-processing of validation data & reporting

- Strong project performance mindset: milestone ownership, risk tracking, action closure, cross-functional coordination, and concise reporting.

- Clear communication skills for working with global and local cross-functional teams and preparing management-level summaries.
