Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to manage our digital marketing initiatives and e-commerce operations. The candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, digital visibility, customer acquisition and overall e-commerce growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement digital marketing and e-commerce strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM and social media campaigns.

- Manage e-commerce website and marketplace operations, including product listings, pricing, inventory, orders and promotions.

- Drive online sales and improve website/marketplace traffic, conversions and revenue.

- Monitor ROAS, ROI, conversion rate, sales and campaign performance.

- Manage social media presence, digital promotions and online campaigns.

- Conduct competitor analysis, market research and customer behaviour analysis.

- Coordinate with creative, sales, warehouse, logistics and customer support teams.

- Prepare MIS, performance reports and management dashboards.





- Identify new digital channels and opportunities for business growth.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce or a related field.

- 6-10 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing and E-Commerce.

- Robust understanding of online marketing, e-commerce operations and performance marketing.

- Experience managing advertising campaigns and online sales channels.

- Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to independently manage Digital Marketing and E-Commerce functions.
