- Process Design &
- Documentation:

Develop, review, and update Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs;) using AutoCAD to reflect current plant configurations.

- Operational Support: Troubleshooting daily plant issues, identifying bottlenecks, and suggesting process modifications to improve efficiency and yield.

- Heat &

- Mass Balance:

Perform rigorous heat and mass balance calculations for various unit operations.

- Equipment Sizing: Sizing and selection of process equipment, including pumps, heat exchangers, vessels, and control valves.

- Simulation &

- Modeling:

Utilize process simulation software to model steady-state and agile plant conditions.

- Instrument Knowledge: Basic understanding of control loops, logic diagrams (Cause &

- Effect), and PLC/DCS interfaces.

- Safety &

- Compliance:

Participate in safety studies such as HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study) and HAZID (Hazard Identification).

- Management of Change (MOC):



Handle technical documentation and approvals for any process changes to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
