Role & responsibilities

- Regulate the patients coming for consultation and request them to be seated in the waiting area till their turn for consultation
- Confirm whether the consulting doctors and patients will be available at their appointment timings
- Communicate the respective patients about the cancellation of appointments well in advance
- Act as a liaison between the patient and the doctor
- Ensure the collection of doctor consultation charges from OP Patients and if doctor has advised for investigation, cross referral or procedure, charges has to be collected (billing will be done at concern department)

VIP Handling, Appointment Handling, Previous Experience in Cosmetic/Aesthetic Clinic, Excellent Communication, Services Excellence,Computer Skills, Multitasking, Patient Service Orientation, Multilingual.

Preferred Candidates : Air Hostess / Cabin Crew / Airline Ground Staff, Luxury Hotel Front Office
