Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Charge Entry professionals with strong hands-on experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and extensive knowledge of Charge Entry processes.

The ideal candidates should have excellent knowledge of reviewing and entering charges accurately, understanding CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 codes, identifying billing discrepancies, and ensuring charges are submitted correctly for claim processing.

Candidates with experience in Anesthesia, Behavioral Health, Podiatry, Surgery, or Physician Billing will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform accurate and timely Charge Entry for US healthcare claims.
- Review charge information and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Enter charges based on provider documentation and client-specific billing guidelines.
- Validate CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, modifiers, units, and place of service information as applicable.
- Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent charge information and coordinate for correction.
- Ensure accurate capture of all billable services.
- Handle specialty-specific Charge Entry requirements.




- Review and resolve charge-related billing edits and discrepancies.
- Ensure charges are entered within defined turnaround times.
- Follow client-specific workflows, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain high accuracy and productivity while meeting daily targets.
- Coordinate with coding, billing, and other RCM teams to resolve charge-related issues.
- Follow HIPAA and company confidentiality requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 4 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.
- Robust hands-on experience in Charge Entry.
- Good understanding of the US Healthcare billing cycle.
- Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, modifiers, and medical billing concepts.
- Ability to identify charge discrepancies and billing errors.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet productivity and quality targets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in a Day Shift.
- Male candidates preferred.

Preferred Specialty Experience Candidates with extensive Charge Entry experience in the following specialties will be preferred:

- Anesthesia – highly preferred
- Behavioral Health
- Podiatry
- Surgery / Surgical Billing
- Physician Billing
- Other specialty medical billing
