We are seeking experienced AR Caller with in-depth knowledge of U.S. medical billing processes.

- Shift: Night Shift
- Night Shift( Transportation: No cab facility provided candidates must arrange their own commute)

Role & responsibilities

- Make outbound calls or use web portals/IVR to check the status of pending or unpaid insurance claims.
- Understand and interpret Explanation of Advantages (EOBs) and remittance advices.
- Work on basic claim denials and rejections by contacting insurance payers (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial).
- Document all call outcomes and actions clearly in the billing software.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.

Requirements:





- Graduate degree in any field.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in US healthcare RCM or medical billing.
- Good verbal communication skills with a neutral accent.
