Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end back-end operations for Unsecured Loans and Two Wheeler Loans.
- Handle loan processing, documentation, and system updates efficiently.
- Perform reconciliations, payment authorizations, and backend operational activities.
- Coordinate with RPCs and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues and discrepancies.
- Ensure timely closure of pending cases, exceptions, and operational gaps while maintaining smooth workflow.
Preferred candidate profile
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Graduate from any recognised institutions.
- Proficient in MS Office.
