We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to design and build agentic AI solutions for customer technical support use cases across voice and chat. The role involves LLMs, RAG, tool calling, APIs, guardrails, evaluation and production deployment.
- Design and develop agentic AI systems using LLMs.
- Build RAG solutions using knowledge bases and enterprise documentation.
- Develop tool/function calling integrations with CRM, ticketing and other enterprise systems.
- Implement guardrails, grounding, PII handling and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Build evaluation frameworks for accuracy, hallucination and regression testing.
- Optimise AI applications for latency, token usage and cost.
- Work with client technology teams on integrations, security and deployment.
- Build reusable AI components that can be deployed across multiple client environments.
