Priority Responsibilities

- Perform functional synthesis for thermal/aerothermal/HVAC performance by consolidating requirements, targets, simulation results, test results, and vehicle-level conclusions.
- Perform reviews for CAD and simulation with Design, Packaging, CFD/1D, HVAC, and CAE teams to identify gaps, risks, assumptions, and required design actions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Design, Simulation, Vehicle Integration, Operations, Labs, Garage/Workshop, Program, and Validation teams.
- Plan and execute Design Validation Plan activities for both lab and road-trip environments, including instrumentation readiness, test procedures, vehicle readiness, and issue follow-up.
- Synthesize test data into concise reports with conclusions, performance gaps, risks, corrective actions, and management-ready summaries.
- Drive project performance governance through milestone tracking, deep-dive preparation, scorecard updates, and escalation of open risks/actions.

Expected Deliverables
- Functional synthesis notes and project performance summaries for reviews and deep dives.
- CAD/simulation review minutes with clear open points, owners, target dates, and closure status.
- DVP/test plan, instrumentation list, trip/lab readiness checklist, test execution summary, and post-test reports.
- Test data analysis report with conclusions, recommended actions, and validation status against targets.
- Updated scorecard and issue/action tracker for management review.

Required Skills / Experience
- Hands-on understanding of automotive thermal/ aerothermal/ HVAC performance validation in lab and road environments.
- Ability to read CAD/packaging inputs and interpret CFD/1D/simulation outputs to support performance decisions.
- Strong project performance mindset: milestone ownership, risk tracking,



action closure, cross-functional coordination, and concise reporting.
- Experience with vehicle instrumentation, data acquisition, test planning, DVP execution, and post-processing of validation data.
- Clear communication skills for working with global and local cross-functional teams and preparing management-level summaries.

Expected Qualification

- Bachelors/Master's degree in the Mechanical or Automotive domain with good educational background.
- Minimum Experience required – 3-7 years in performance/attributes management.

Essential Skills
- Proficiency in the English language (Should be able to read, write and speak)
- Strong in transparent, clear & decisive communication skills, experience in interacting with global teams would be an added advantage.
- Good hands-on experience with PLM, and Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel with macro, Word, Power BI etc.).
- Valuable Experience in driving and valid driving licenses
