Job Summary

Genix Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting processes and be proficient in Advanced Excel and Basic Tally.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and expense entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and supporting documents.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements and account balances.
- Prepare Excel reports for sales, purchases, expenses, outstanding payments, and other financial data.
- Use Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, formulas, sorting, filtering, and maintaining MIS reports.
- Handle basic accounting entries and transactions in Tally.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding bills, payments, and documentation.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Support the senior accounts team in day-to-day accounting activities.




- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.

Required Skills
- Advanced Excel Mandatory
- Basic Tally – Mandatory
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain records and documentation systematically.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Educational Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates with relevant accounting experience will be preferred.

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or a related role preferred.
- Freshers with strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and Basic Tally may also apply.
