The VP – Information Security GRC role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon, responsible for leading governance, risk, and compliance activities across the information security function. This role oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of security policies, standards, and frameworks aligned with regulatory and industry requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing risk assessments, overseeing security audits, monitoring compliance with internal and external guidelines, and coordinating remediation plans for identified gaps.

The role works closely with technology, operations, and business teams to embed security controls in processes and systems, ensuring robust protection of data and infrastructure. The VP also leads reporting to senior leadership on security posture, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and supports training and awareness programs across the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong Information Security and Cybersecurity skills, including governance, risk management,



and compliance.
- Expertise in Network Security and Application Security, with experience designing and reviewing security controls.
- Knowledge of Physical Security principles and practices in a financial services or similar regulated environment.
- Experience with regulatory frameworks, standards, and guidelines relevant to financial services (e.g., RBI, PCI DSS, ISO 27001).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional security initiatives and collaborate with technology and business stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues clearly to leadership.
- Advanced degree or skilled certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated experience in a senior information security or GRC role, preferably within banking, payments, or financial services.
