- 5+ years of hands-on experience in VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter Administration.
- Strong expertise in VM provisioning, vMotion, HA, DRS, and virtualization technologies.
- Experience in VMware infrastructure deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
- Proficient in performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and capacity management.
- Positive knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments.
- Experience with VMware upgrades, patching, and security best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and incident management skills.
- VMware certification (VCP) is an added advantage.
