We are looking for a creative 3D Visualizer to transform event concepts into realistic 3D designs, renders, and walkthroughs. The role involves designing stages, exhibition booths, branded spaces, and event environments while collaborating with production, AV, lighting, and fabrication teams to bring concepts to life.

Role Overview

We're looking for a skilled 3D Visualizer who can design and visualize 3D spaces, structures, and environments for events before they're ever built or set up. You'll translate event concepts into realistic 3D renders and walkthroughs, helping clients and internal teams see the final setup long before execution day.

What You'll Do

- Create 3D visualizations and walkthroughs of event venues, stages, and booth setups.

- Design custom fabrication elements - stages, counters, display structures, and installations.

- Develop technical drawings and layouts for construction teams and vendors.

- Produce photorealistic renders for client approvals and presentations.

- Design exhibition stands, trade show booths, and branded environments.

- Create virtual event environments and immersive experiences (AR/VR).





- Collaborate with production, AV, and lighting teams to integrate technical requirements into designs.

- Liaise with fabrication and production vendors to ensure design intent is accurately executed on-ground.

- Present concepts and renders clearly to clients and internal stakeholders for approvals.

What We're Looking For

- Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD or CorelDraw, Blender, or Cinema 4D.

- Working knowledge of rendering software (V-Ray, Lumion, or KeyShot).

- Robust understanding of materials, lighting, and spatial design principles.

- Ability to read and produce technical drawings.

- Minimum 1 year of independent project handling, including 3D visualization and client presentations.

- Strong communication skills, especially when coordinating with fabrication and production teams.

- Creative eye for spatial composition and detail.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
