We started Flent because we were fed up. Trying to find a decent place in the city was a nightmare. But beyond the frustration was a deep-seated passion for home decor and an eye for detail that we couldn't ignore. Numbers revealed that ~$10 Bn is spent annually on urban renting — and that was the tipping point. It convinced us of the potential to craft the future of renting, designed for those who demand more and compromise less.

Flent is backed by top-tier VCs and angels. Since our inception in Jan’24, we’ve launched 110+ homes in Bangalore, went viral on X more than we imagined, and crossed $1,000,000 in annual GMV.

Meet Your Team Hi, I’m Ayub, and I lead visual content at Flent. ??

Over the last two years, I’ve photographed close to 250 homes. I’ve also spent the last fifteen years trying to understand cameras, light, and my own journey into this creative field.

Somewhere along the way, I realised that interior photography has very little to do with expensive equipment.

It’s about patience.

Waiting for the right light. Moving a chair by three inches. Straightening a curtain nobody else noticed. Looking at the same room twenty times before finding the frame that feels right.

The best home photographers don’t make spaces look bigger than they are.

They make people want to live there.

About The Role As a Visual Content Associate , you’ll own how every Flent home is presented to the world.

From the moment a home is ready, it becomes your responsibility to capture it honestly and beautifully. No misleading angles. No exaggerated edits. No tricks. What people see on screen should be what they experience when they walk through the door.

You’ll plan shoots, photograph full homes and their smallest details, edit and retouch your own work, and maintain the visual standard that thousands of prospective tenants judge us by.

Photography will remain the core of the role, but you’ll also help us bring homes to life through video — walkthroughs, reels, launch content, and other short-form formats.

You’ll work directly with me and own the process end to end, from shoot planning to final delivery.

What You’ll Broadly Do

- Own the visual identity of every Flent home

Photograph and film homes in a way that feels aspirational, considered, and completely honest.
- Build consistency across our catalogue

Every listing should feel like it belongs to the same brand, regardless of the home, location, or format.
- Obsess over the details

Lighting, geometry, colour, reflections, perspective, staging, and movement — sweat the things people notice without realising they’ve noticed them.
- Bring homes to life beyond still photographs

Create walkthroughs, reels, and short-form video that help prospective tenants understand how a home actually feels.
- Keep raising the visual bar

Experiment with techniques, equipment, editing styles, and workflows that make every shoot better than the last. What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like





- Photographing newly launched Flent homes across Bangalore
- Planning shoots around natural light, home readiness, and launch timelines
- Capturing full rooms, architectural details, and smaller moments within the home
- Shooting walkthroughs, reels, and short-form launch content
- Editing photographs in Lightroom and Photoshop for final delivery
- Editing basic video content for social media and property listings
- Working with the setup and design teams to stage homes before shoots
- Managing shoot schedules, equipment, file organisation, and final asset delivery
- Reviewing past work and continuously improving our visual standards

We’re Looking For Someone Who

- Has 1–3 years of experience in photography, videography, or visual content creation
- Sees composition, symmetry, light, and space instinctively
- Has a portfolio that shows how you see — interiors, architecture, hospitality, or spaces are preferred
- Can independently plan, shoot, edit, and deliver an entire project
- Has robust Lightroom skills; Photoshop and video-editing experience are a big plus
- Understands basic camera movement, framing, and pacing for short-form video
- Owns a camera, wide-angle lens, and tripod
- Is comfortable travelling across Bangalore between homes on shoot days
- Believes honest visual storytelling is more powerful than over-editing
- Notices details most people miss

Compensation, Benefits & Perks The total cash compensation for this role is up to INR 6 LPA . You’ll be eligible for ESOPs and standard perks beyond the cash component. The role is based in Indiranagar, Bangalore . We do not operate remotely, so you should be based in Bangalore to be eligible.

For this role, you’ll have a few conversations with me and the founders so we can understand how you think, how you approach your craft, and how you see spaces.
