Roles and Responsibility

- Provide expert advice on visa requirements and procedures to clients.

- Prepare and submit visa applications for individuals and groups.

- Conduct thorough research on visa regulations and policies.

- Build and maintain relationships with embassies and consulates.

- Stay updated on changes in visa laws and regulations.

- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of visa types, eligibility criteria, and application processes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in using software and technology for visa processing.

- Experience working in the Travel and Tourism industry is preferred.
