About the Role

NS Ventures is looking for a Virtual Tour Artist to create high-quality 360° virtual tours and interactive digital experiences for real estate projects.

The role involves transforming property and project imagery into engaging, easy-to-navigate virtual experiences that allow prospective buyers and clients to explore spaces remotely. You will work closely with project, creative, video, and content teams to deliver visually accurate and polished virtual tours for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and develop 360° virtual tours and interactive property walkthroughs for real estate projects.
- Use Pano2VR or equivalent professional virtual tour software to build, customise, and publish interactive VR experiences.
- Stitch, edit, enhance, and optimise 360° panoramic images for virtual tour platforms.
- Build intuitive navigation between different rooms, spaces, floors, viewpoints, and project areas.
- Add and configure hotspots, labels, information points, menus, and other interactive elements.
- Ensure accurate representation of property layouts, spaces, viewpoints, and project information.
- Use Adobe Photoshop to edit, retouch, enhance, colour-correct, and optimise 360° imagery and other visual assets.
- Use Adobe Illustrator to create and edit icons, navigation elements, graphics, labels, maps, and other visual assets required for virtual tours.
- Ensure consistency in visual quality, branding, typography, graphics, and presentation across virtual tour experiences.
- Work with project teams to understand property layouts, site details, project requirements, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with video, design, and content teams to ensure consistency across project visuals and digital experiences.
- Test and optimise completed virtual tours for smooth performance and usability across desktop and mobile devices.




- Organise and manage large volumes of 360° images and project assets efficiently.
- Deliver assigned virtual tour projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Skills & Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in virtual tours, 360° content creation, panoramic imaging, VR experiences, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience creating 360° virtual tours or interactive property walkthroughs.
- Mandatory experience with Pano2VR or equivalent VR/virtual tour software.
- Solid understanding of 360° virtual tour workflows, hotspots, navigation, interactive elements, panoramic imagery, and scene linking.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for 360° image editing and retouching.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for graphics, icons, maps, and navigation elements.
- Experience with 360° image stitching, editing, retouching, and optimisation.
- Good understanding of visual composition, image quality, perspective, typography, and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand real estate layouts and spatial relationships and translate them into accurate digital walkthroughs.
- Ability to manage and organise multiple project assets while working within deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills for working with creative and project teams.
- Real estate experience is preferred, particularly experience with property walkthroughs, project showcases, or virtual property tours.
- A portfolio or examples of previous 360° virtual tour / interactive property work is required.
