Virtual Relationship Manager – Inside Sales
Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Experience: 2+ Years in Customer Handling / Telesales
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
CTC: Up to ₹6.50 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships through phone and digital channels.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Handle customer queries and provide suitable product solutions.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain regular customer interactions and update records.
Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory.
- 2+ years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer handling.
- Robust communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented approach and good customer-handling ability.
