We are looking for an experienced and guest-focused Villa Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a luxury villa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth property management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily villa operations, housekeeping, maintenance, and service standards.
- Ensure a seamless and personalized guest experience from check-in to check-out.
- Coordinate with vendors, staff, and service partners.
- Monitor villa upkeep, inventory, supplies, and maintenance requirements.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and issue resolution promptly.
- Manage operational expenses and maintain basic records/reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and property standards.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in villa, luxury hospitality, hotel, or property management.
- Robust communication and guest-handling skills.
- Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and people-management abilities.
- High attention to detail and a service-oriented approach.
- Goa-based candidates or candidates willing to relocate preferred.
