About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer & Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both video production and photography, with a strong understanding of visual storytelling, lighting, composition, and content creation for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Capture professional photographs for social media, websites, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Handle cameras, lenses, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.
- Set up and manage lighting, framing, and compositions for both video and photography.
- Edit videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- Edit and retouch photographs using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools.
- Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and other visual content.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing and creative teams to develop content aligned with brand goals.
- Ensure all content meets quality standards and is delivered within deadlines.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, shooting techniques, and visual content styles.




- Organize and maintain video and photo files, equipment, and project assets.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Videographer, Photographer, or in a similar creative role.
- Hands-on experience in both videography and photography is required.
- Proficiency in camera operation, lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience with video editing and photo editing software.
- Knowledge of social media content formats, especially Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing both video and photography work is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience creating content for brands, businesses, or digital marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of color grading, sound recording, and basic motion graphics.
- Familiarity with social media trends and audience engagement.
- Ability to work on location and adapt to different shooting environments.
