Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Videographer role based in Bengaluru. The Videographer will plan, shoot, and edit video content that showcases Codeyoung’s learning environment, student projects, and educational offerings. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with instructors and the marketing team to understand content needs, setting up and operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, and managing footage from capture through post-production.

The role involves creating short-form and long-form videos for social media, websites,



and promotional campaigns, while maintaining consistent visual branding and storytelling quality. The Videographer will also organize media assets, ensure timely delivery of video projects, and stay updated on trends in educational and digital video content.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in video production, including camera operation, lighting, and audio capture.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
- Experience in visual storytelling, framing, and composition for educational or marketing content.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, learners, and cross-functional teams.
- Valuable organizational skills to manage shoots, schedules, and digital asset libraries.
- Comfort working on-site in a dynamic, kid-focused learning environment.
- Prior experience creating content for social media platforms and online campaigns is preferred.
