Role Description This is a full-time, in office video shooting role based in Hyderabad. The professional in this role will plan, shoot, and capture high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, product showcases, client projects, and internal brand initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with creative and marketing teams on concepts, handling cameras and related equipment, setting up lighting and audio, and ensuring footage aligns with brand and project requirements.

The role involves scouting locations, organizing shoot schedules, managing basic production logistics, and maintaining equipment in good working condition. Collaboration, punctuality,



and a strong visual sense are essential to deliver consistent, polished video output that supports Asan Innovators’ digital and AI-focused projects.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in video shooting and camera operation, including experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and basic cinematography techniques.
- Hands-on skills in lighting setup and audio recording for different environments (indoor, outdoor, interviews, product shoots).
- Familiarity with video pre-production workflows such as storyboarding, shot planning, and coordinating with creative and marketing teams.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) to review and prepare footage for editors.
- Understanding of digital content requirements for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns, with an eye for visual storytelling.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage shoot schedules, and handle production logistics with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and adapt to fast-paced project environments.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, visual communication, or related disciplines is preferred; a strong portfolio or showreel is highly beneficial.
- Professionalism in handling client-facing shoots and maintaining equipment safety and care.
