About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer cum Video Editor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, educational programs, events, and other brand requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Handle videography for classes, events, faculty sessions, student activities, interviews, and promotional content.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, educational content, and campaign videos.
- Manage camera, lighting, audio, and other video production equipment.
- Ensure proper framing, lighting, sound quality, and overall visual quality during shoots.
- Add transitions, subtitles, graphics, animations, music, sound effects, and other elements as required.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop content according to campaign requirements.
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency in visual style and presentation.




- Organize and maintain video files, project files, footage, and other digital assets.
- Stay updated with current video trends, editing techniques, and social media content formats.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver content within the assigned deadlines.
- Assist in developing creative concepts and storyboards for video content.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of camera operations, lighting, framing, and audio recording.
- Strong knowledge of social media video formats and trends.
- Good sense of storytelling, composition, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.

Qualification & Experience

- Degree/Diploma/Certification in Visual Communication, Multimedia, Film Making, Video Production, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in videography and video editing is preferred.
