Video Editor & Videographer — NUO Labs

NUO Labs is looking for a creative and versatile Video Editor & Videographer who can take an idea and turn it into engaging video content — from shooting to editing to the final cut.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys both sides of the process: capturing good footage and knowing how to turn it into a great story.

You’ll work on reels, social media content, brand videos, podcasts, interviews, promotional videos, campaigns, and experimental content, with a focus on creating content that looks good, feels current, and keeps people watching.

What we’re looking for

- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Comfortable with shooting and creating video content
- A positive eye for composition, framing, lighting, and visual storytelling
- Understanding of current social media trends, hooks, pacing, and retention
- Strong skills in editing, motion graphics, sound design, and color correction
- Experience creating both short-form and long-form content
- Familiarity with AI-powered video and content creation tools
- Ability to use AI tools to make the creative and editing process faster and more effective
- Good creative judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines




- Comfortable working independently and as part of a creative team
- A strong portfolio/showreel showcasing your work is required

At NUO Labs, you’ll work on:
- Social media reels and campaigns
- Brand and promotional videos
- Podcasts and interview content
- Product and marketing videos
- Short-form and long-form content
- Behind-the-scenes and event content
- AI-assisted creative content
- Trend-driven and experimental video formats

You’ll be involved in the full video creation process — from understanding the concept and shooting footage to editing, polishing, and delivering the final content. We’re looking for someone who’s more than just an editor. You should have a creative eye, understand the basics of shooting, and know how to turn raw footage into engaging content.

You don’t need to be a highly technical cinematographer. What matters is that you’re creative, curious, willing to experiment, and always looking for ways to make the content better.
