Role Description : This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Hyderabad.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing lecture recordings, promotional videos, social media content, and other educational materials to align with Tensor School’s visual and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, selecting and trimming clips, adding transitions and effects, integrating motion graphics and titles, and ensuring consistent color grading and audio quality.



The role involves collaborating with faculty, marketing, and content teams to plan video concepts, maintain production timelines, and optimize content for digital platforms.

Editor will also help maintain an organized media library and contribute creative ideas to enhance learner engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including handling raw footage, timelines, and storytelling.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and high-quality aesthetics across all content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics, animations, and other visual assets.
- Relevant experience with industry-standard editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines in a collaborative setting.
- Prior experience in education, e-learning, or tech-focused content creation is an advantage.
- A degree or formal training in Film, Media, Design, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
