Key Responsibilities

- Shoot High-Quality Footage: Capture crisp product details, fabric textures, intricate hand embroidery, client styling, behind-the-scenes (BTS) tailoring processes, and try-on sessions using a smartphone (iPhone) or mirrorless camera.

- Edit Engaging Reels & Shorts: Cut, color-grade, sync to trending audio, and add clean captions, transitions, and text hooks optimized for Instagrams 9:16 vertical format.

- Trend Spotting: Track weekly Instagram audio trends, transitions, and viral fashion formats, tailoring them to our ethnic/designer collections.

- Content Planning: Work closely with the designer and boutique team to plan weekly shoot schedules, batch-recording content efficiently.

- Asset Management: Organize raw footage, project files, and final exports systematically for easy repurposing.





Requirements & Skills

- Hands-on Editing: Robust proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, VN, or DaVinci Resolve.

- Mobile/Camera Literacy: Good eye for lighting, framing, stabilized camera movement, and aesthetic b-roll capture.

- Fashion Aesthetic: Strong visual sense for Indian ethnic wear, bridal aesthetics, fabrics, and vibrant color balance.

- Audio & Pacing: Keen sense of beat-matching, hook timing (first 3 seconds), and readable typographic overlays.

- Portfolio: Active portfolio or Instagram links demonstrating past short-form/Reel work (mandatory for shortlisting).
