About the Role Wee Spin is looking for a creative Video Editor with 2+ years of experience who understands short-form content, social media trends, and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should be able to turn raw footage and creative briefs into engaging, platform-ready videos.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing & Content Creation

● Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media videos, brand films, and promotional content. ● Work with raw footage, select the best shots, and create engaging narratives.

● Add transitions, text, subtitles, sound effects, music, and other elements to enhance videos.

● Create different cuts and formats for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

1. Motion Graphics & Animation

● Create basic motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and visual effects. ● Add animated elements to make videos more engaging and dynamic.

● Work with graphic designers to integrate static creatives and brand elements into videos.

1. Social Media & Trends

● Stay updated with trending Reel formats, editing styles, sounds, transitions, and content trends. ● Understand what makes short-form content engaging and retention-friendly.





● Adapt editing styles according to different brands, audiences, and platforms.

1. Collaboration & Execution

● Work closely with the content, graphic design, and social media teams. ● Understand creative briefs and turn concepts into compelling videos.

● Organise and manage footage and project files efficiently.

● Deliver high-quality edits within timelines and handle revisions effectively. Qualifications & Skills:

● Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Editing, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

● 2+ years of skilled experience in video editing.

● Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is a must.

● Knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics and animation is an added advantage.

● Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social-first video content. ● Good sense of pacing, music, transitions, typography, and storytelling.

● Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

● A portfolio/showreel of previous work is required.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
