Birdscale is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Social Media Intern to create professional video and social media content for BirdScale's technology, drone, GIS, AI and field projects.

The candidate will work closely with the management team to turn project footage, photographs, product information and company activities into engaging digital content.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit short-form videos and reels for Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Edit drone footage, project videos and customer-site footage.
- Create professional videos showcasing BirdScale's projects and solutions.
- Create LinkedIn posts, carousels and visual content.
- Maintain a social media content calendar.
- Write or assist with captions and post descriptions.
- Create thumbnails, graphics and basic marketing creatives.
- Repurpose long-form videos into short-form content.
- Cover significant company events, customer visits and field activities.
- Organise and maintain the company's photo and video library.
- Work with the management team to develop content ideas.
- Support product launches, project announcements and company campaigns.
- Monitor basic social media performance and suggest content improvements.

Requirements
- Degree/diploma or currently pursuing education in Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, Film Making, Digital Marketing, Media, Design or a related field.
- Strong video editing skills.




- Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or Photoshop.
- Understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn content formats.
- Good visual sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to create content that looks professional.
- Willingness to work from office and occasionally travel for project shoots.

Preferred Skills
- Previous experience creating Instagram Reels or LinkedIn videos.
- Photography and videography skills.
- Experience with drone footage.
- Motion graphics and basic animation.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing.
- Comfortable appearing on camera when required.
- Good English communication.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹22,270.43 per month
