We are looking for fast, creative and hands-on Video Editors / Reels Content Creators who can shoot, edit and deliver engaging short-form content quickly using mobile and skilled editing tools.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable shooting Instagram Reels, promotional videos, property videos, talking-head videos, office content and social media content, and should be able to edit videos directly on a phone when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot and edit Instagram Reels, short videos and social media content.
- Quickly edit and deliver videos for same-day posting whenever required.
- Shoot videos using smartphones and other basic shooting equipment.
- Create engaging cuts, transitions, captions, subtitles, effects and sound synchronization.
- Add trending audio, music, text, animations and other elements suitable for social media.
- Edit property/project videos, promotional videos, employee/team videos and brand content.
- Understand social media trends and create content accordingly.
- Coordinate with the marketing/content team for daily video requirements.
- Maintain consistency in video quality, branding and visual style.




- Handle multiple short-form videos and meet quick turnaround timelines.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of CapCut, VN, InShot, Canva or similar mobile editing tools.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video formats.
- Good knowledge of transitions, captions, effects, music synchronization and basic color correction.
- Ability to shoot good-quality videos using a smartphone.
- Ability to edit videos quickly on mobile and deliver them without unnecessary delay.
- Good sense of framing, lighting, angles and storytelling.
- Creative mindset and ability to follow current social media trends.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is hands-on and execution-focused. You should be able to receive a video requirement, shoot the content, edit it and deliver a ready-to-post Reel quickly.

Candidates with a portfolio/showreel will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
