Role & responsibilities:

- Create and edit engaging videos for real estate projects, properties and social media platforms.
- Edit property walkthroughs, site visit videos, promotional videos, reels and short-form content.
- Add captions, transitions, music, voiceovers, graphics and other visual elements as required.
- Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and promotional content according to current trends.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to understand content requirements.
- Edit raw footage from property shoots and convert it into professional marketing videos.
- Ensure videos maintain consistent branding, quality and visual style.
- Organize and manage video footage, project files and completed content.
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines and make revisions based on feedback.

• Stay updated with social media video trends, editing techniques and content formats.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 13 years of experience in video editing preferred; freshers with a robust portfolio can also apply.




- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar editing software.
- Good understanding of Reels, Shorts and social media content formats.
- Knowledge of transitions, color correction, audio editing, motion graphics and subtitles.
- Creative mindset with good visual sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as with the marketing team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Experience in real estate, property marketing or digital marketing content will be an advantage.
