The Opportunity
We are looking for an exceptional writer and content developer to strengthen the quality of Acumen's strategic, commercial and client-facing content.
Working with senior leaders and subject matter experts across our global business, you will take complex information, data and ideas and turn them into clear, persuasive and visually engaging content.
The role requires someone who combines excellent writing and editorial skills with strong project management. You will frequently bring together information from multiple teams and contributors, working to defined requirements and deadlines to produce high-quality finished materials.




You should also be confident using technology and AI to improve the efficiency and quality of your work, while retaining robust independent judgement and editorial control.

Key Responsibilities
Content & Proposal Development
- Write, edit and develop high-quality proposals, capability materials, case studies, presentations and strategic client content.
- Interpret detailed client briefs and requirements and translate them into clear, structured responses.
- Develop compelling narratives that demonstrate our experience, approach, evidence and outcomes.
- Tailor content to different clients, markets and audiences rather than relying on generic materials.
- Turn technical or complex information into concise and accessible content.
- Review and improve content produced by others to ensure consistency, clarity and quality.

Content Coordination
- Manage complex content projects from initial brief through to completion.
- Develop clear content plans, responsibilities and timelines.
