About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience creating high-performing content for social media and a strong understanding of visual storytelling. Experience working with a D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brand, especially in the beauty, personal care, wellness, or lifestyle industry, is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.
- Create product videos, performance marketing creatives, UGC-style content, behind-the-scenes videos, and brand campaigns.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, text, subtitles, music, sound effects, color correction, and other creative elements to enhance videos.
- Transform raw footage into compelling stories aligned with the brand's identity.




- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and design teams to execute campaign ideas.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing styles, and platform algorithms.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content while maintaining brand consistency.
- Organize and manage video assets efficiently.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
- Prior experience working with a D2C brand is highly preferred.
- Robust understanding of social media content, especially Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta ad creatives.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, audio editing, and color grading is a plus.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualification

- Experience in the beauty, skincare, haircare, wellness, or FMCG industry.
- Understanding of performance marketing creatives and social media content strategies.
- Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools and the latest content creation trends.
- A strong portfolio showcasing social media and D2C brand work.
