Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in the Pune Division.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, organizing project files, and editing video content to align with project briefs and brand guidelines. Daily tasks include refining story flow, adding transitions, integrating audio, and applying color grading and motion graphics as needed. The role also involves collaborating with directors, producers, and marketers to interpret creative concepts, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

Editor will maintain version control, prepare files for various platforms and formats, and contribute creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Video Production, including camera footage handling, asset organization, and understanding of the production workflow.
- Proficiency in Video Editing using professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
- Experience with Video Color Grading to achieve consistent, visually appealing looks across projects.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support storytelling and branding.
- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to follow and improve upon creative briefs.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, animation, design, or a related field is preferred.
