Role Description The Video Editor role at Kreative & Co. is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai.

The Video

Editor is responsible for editing raw video footage into polished, engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Daily tasks include assembling clips, refining pacing, adding transitions, color grading, and integrating motion graphics or overlays as needed. The role involves close collaboration with the creative, design, and marketing teams to interpret briefs, develop visual narratives, and deliver content optimized for various digital platforms.

The Video

Editor is also expected to maintain organized project files, manage timelines, and ensure consistent quality across all video deliverables.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with experience turning raw footage into compelling stories.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent,



high-quality visual tone and mood.
- Capability in Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance videos with agile visual elements.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, interpret creative briefs, and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of video projects for digital marketing, social media, and branded content.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
