Midas Studio is hiring 100 AI Video Artists for our Bhopal team.

We’re looking for beginners to intermediate video editors who are interested in AI and want to evolve from traditional video editing into AI filmmaking and visual storytelling.

You’ll work on AI ads, films and microdramas for real clients. The role combines video editing, storytelling, prompting, visual composition and AI-driven video production.

Prior experience with AI video tools is not mandatory. If you have a good understanding of editing, a strong visual sense and the willingness to learn, we will provide training and mentorship.

What you’ll do

- Create AI-driven ads, films and microdramas
- Work on videos from concept and story to final output
- Develop strong hooks, narratives and emotional arcs
- Translate creative briefs into visually compelling scenes
- Apply principles of framing, lighting and composition
- Create and refine AI-generated visuals using prompts
- Maintain consistency, pacing and quality across projects
- Work with the production team on concepts, feedback and revisions
- Learn and adapt to recent AI video tools and production workflows

Required skills
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills
- Good understanding of visual storytelling
- Strong eye for framing, composition and visual details




- Interest in AI and emerging video technologies
- Willingness to learn new tools and workflows
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Preferred
- Experience with AI video generation tools
- Experience creating reels, short-form videos, narrative content or films
- Understanding of cinematography and shot composition
- A portfolio demonstrating creative video work

AI experience is a plus, not a requirement.
