Role Description This is a full time, on-site Video Editor role based in Gurugram.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished videos that effectively showcase properties, projects, and brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with Horizon Estates India’s visual and communication standards. Day-to-day tasks include assembling and trimming clips, adding transitions, sound, and visual effects, performing color correction and grading, and integrating motion graphics and on-screen text as needed.



The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and project teams to understand requirements, develop storyboards or visual concepts, and deliver video content for digital platforms, presentations, and client communications.

The Video

Editor will also maintain organized media libraries, adhere to timelines, and ensure all content meets quality and branding guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing to handle end-to-end video creation from raw footage to final output.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual tone across all property and brand videos.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, overlays, and visual elements that enhance storytelling.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) is beneficial.
- Relevant experience in real estate, architecture, or corporate marketing video content is an advantage, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Effective collaboration, communication, and on-site working skills, with the ability to take feedback and adapt quickly, are essential.
