Love turning raw footage into engaging videos and reels that people actually want to watch?

Quest for Success is looking for a creative Video Editing & Reels Intern to join our marketing team in Bengaluru.

You'll work on real content for our social media and digital campaigns—from Instagram Reels and student success stories to event videos, educational content, testimonials, and promotional campaigns.

We're looking for someone who understands that great editing isn't just about transitions—it's about storytelling, pacing, hooks, music, captions, and keeping the viewer engaged.

What You'll Work On

Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos.

Turn raw footage into polished, fast-paced, engaging content.

Edit student testimonials and success stories.

Create videos for seminars, webinars, events, and marketing campaigns.

Edit educational and founder-led talking-head videos.

Add subtitles, captions, graphics, music, transitions, and other visual elements.

Create robust opening hooks and improve the pacing and retention of videos.

Repurpose longer videos into multiple short-form pieces of content.

Work closely with our marketing and design team to develop recent video concepts.

Stay updated with current Instagram/Reels/YouTube trends and editing styles.

Experiment with AI-powered video and editing tools where useful.

Who Are We Looking For?

You Should

Have hands-on experience editing Reels/short-form videos.





Understand pacing, storytelling, hooks, captions, and viewer retention.

Be comfortable with at least one video editing platform such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software.

Have a good eye for clean and professional visual content.

Understand Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and current social media video formats.

Be creative, detail-oriented, and open to feedback.

Be able to take raw footage and independently turn it into a finished video.

Be based in Bengaluru and available to work from our Koramangala office.

Experience with After Effects, motion graphics, Canva, Photoshop, AI video tools, or basic videography would be an added advantage.

Who Can Apply?

Students, recent graduates, and self-taught video editors are welcome to apply.

A formal degree in video editing or design is not required. Your work matters more to us than your qualification.
