- Provide academic leadership to the School of Nursing, ensuring excellence in teaching, research, and community service.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
- Oversee curriculum development, implementation, evaluation, and revision to ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous career development among faculty members through workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with other departments within the university to promote interdisciplinary research initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 20-25 years of experience as a Nurse Educator/Administrator/Researcher.
- MS/M.Sc(Science) degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification from an Indian University.
- Strong communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including students, staff, parents, healthcare professionals etc.
- Proven track record of academic administration experience at least at Associate Professor level (for Principal role).
