Key Responsibilities

- Academic Leadership: Oversee daily academic operations, curriculum implementation, lesson planning, and teaching standards in compliance with CBSE norms.
- Staff Supervision & Mentorship: Guide, evaluate, and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff; organize professional development workshops.
- Student Welfare & Discipline: Maintain high standards of discipline, student safety, and positive school culture; address student and parent grievances effectively.
- Administrative Management: Assist the Principal in managing school routines, timetables, examinations, co-curricular events, and inspection readiness.
- Parent Communication: Act as a key liaison between school management, teachers, and parents to build strong community engagement.





Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Post-Graduate degree (M.A. / M.Sc. / M.Com.) with a B.Ed. degree from a recognized university (M.Ed. preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of teaching experience as a PGT, with at least 2–3 years of administrative experience (HOD / Academic Coordinator / Assistant Principal) in a reputed CBSE school.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, strong leadership qualities, digital literacy, and deep familiarity with CBSE policies and NCF guidelines.
