- 15+ years of overall experience in IT services/product engineering with at least 8–10 years in large-account or complex program delivery leadership roles.
- Proven track record of managing large, multi-year engagements for global banks or similar highly regulated financial institutions.
- Solid technical background with hands-on or deep oversight experience across software engineering, digital solutions, data platforms, quality engineering, and AI/ML initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading large, distributed delivery teams (preferably India + global delivery models).
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills at senior levels
- Solid understanding of banking domain processes, regulatory landscape, and technology trends relevant to large global banks.
- Strong commercial awareness, including experience with commercial models, governance, risk, and margin management in large accounts.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
