- 25+ years of experience in execution of MEP/Projects for Mixed-use developments including:

- Retail (Key)

- Hospitality (Important)

- Residential

- Commercial

Special Skills/Attributes (required to perform the job effectively)

- Strong knowledge of MEPF systems – HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems
- Expertise in end-to-end project execution from design coordination to commissioning
- Proven ability in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for large-scale projects
- Strong experience in consultant, contractor, and vendor management
- In-depth understanding of statutory approvals, compliance, and liaison processes
- Ability to ensure quality, safety, and audit compliance across project lifecycle
- Experience in multi-project / multi-location management
- Strong coordination skills across civil, MEP, and interior teams
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to interact with senior management
- High level of ownership, accountability, and execution focus
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Familiarity with testing, commissioning, and handover processes

Overall, Purpose/Objective Of the job The role of VP – MEP is to lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of MEP services across large-scale mixed-use developments, ensuring seamless coordination from design through execution, testing,



and final handover. The position is responsible for driving project timelines, maintaining budget control, ensuring compliance with statutory and safety standards, and aligning all stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and internal teams. The objective is to deliver high-quality, efficient, and fully operational MEP systems that support the successful completion and operational readiness of retail, hospitality, residential, and commercial assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end MEPF execution from design review to testing, commissioning, and final handover
- Drive MEPF design coordination with architects, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensure alignment of MEPF works with civil and interior execution timelines
- Manage project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring across multiple sites
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial tracking for MEPF scope
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely mobilization and execution
- Review and finalize shop drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and regulatory compliance
- Liaise with statutory authorities and approval bodies for required clearances
- Monitor daily/weekly project progress and resolve execution challenges proactively
- Oversee testing and commissioning of all MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems)
- Ensure audit readiness and compliance for safety, quality, and operational standards
- Coordinate with finance and accounts teams for cost validation and budget adherence
- Drive handover of completed projects to internal operations or external operators (retail/hospitality)
- Manage multi-project execution across locations ensuring consistency and efficiency
- Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management on project status
