Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall accounting and financial reporting for the businesses.
- Oversee FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting and business performance.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS / Accounting Standards and applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with the Corporate Team on Lead Direct Tax and GST/Indirect Tax matters, including compliance, assessments, and tax planning .
- Monitor working capital, cash flows, profitability and financial controls.
- Manage statutory/internal audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Drive effective use of SAP HANA / SAP S4HANA and improve finance processes.
- Provide financial insights and support to the Group CFO and business leadership.

Preferred candidate profile Qualification & Experience

Qualification: CA

Experience: 18+ years of relevant experience, preferably in energy, mining, infrastructure, manufacturing, or other project-based businesses.

Non-Negotiable: Robust hands-on experience in SAP HANA/SAP S4HANA, Accounting Standards, Direct Tax and Indirect Tax, with experience in leading Finance & Accounts function.
