We’re looking for a hands-on Creator Acquisition Manager who can manage 5+ campaign briefs simultaneously, build the right creator rosters, lead a team and ensure creators are sourced quickly and at competitive commercials .
You should have a solid understanding of the creator ecosystem, agency relationships and the ability to turn a brief into a high-quality, commercially viable roster.
Key Responsibilities
- Own creator sourcing & rosters: Understand the brand brief and build the right creator mix across nano, micro, macro and marquee creators. This may involve joining brand calls to understand the brief directly or working closely with the BD team to translate the requirement into a clear creator strategy.
- Manage multiple briefs: Handle 5+ campaigns simultaneously and deliver rosters within tight timelines.
- Lead the team: Delegate sourcing, set priorities, monitor productivity and quality-check outputs.
- Leverage agencies: Build and manage relationships with influencer/talent agencies and know which partners to activate for different briefs.
- Own commercials:
Negotiate creator and agency pricing and ensure competitive campaign-level costs.
- Use internal intelligence: Maximize utilization of LehLah’s internal creator roster and data.
- Maintain data discipline: Ensure creator pricing, views, engagement, contacts, availability and outreach data are accurate and updated.
- Drive execution: Work closely with BD and Campaign Execution to resolve creator, pricing and timeline challenges.
