Job Role: Verification & Validation Engineer - Python Automation

Experience: 3 to 8 Years

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain automated functional, regression, integration, and performance tests .
- Build scalable Python-based test scripts and automation frameworks .
- Work with Robot Framework, Selenium , and related test libraries.
- Define test strategies, test plans, test cases, and manage defects using Jira .
- Integrate automation with CI/CD and Azure DevOps .
- Perform hands-on machine, system, simulator, and test-bench validation .
- Validate hardware-software integration involving sensors, I/O, hydraulics, engines, and actuators .
- Perform debugging, log analysis, and root-cause analysis .
- Work with CAN, J1939, LIN, and Ethernet communication protocols.
- Collaborate with developers, system engineers, hardware teams,



and product owners.

Key Skills

- Strong Python programming and test automation experience.
- Experience with Robot Framework / Selenium .
- Strong background in Verification & Validation / System Testing .
- Experience with Embedded Systems and hardware-software integration .
- Hands-on experience with Git, Jira, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps .
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Positive understanding of CAN / J1939 / LIN / Ethernet is an advantage.
- Exposure to C/C++, PLC-based systems, or Docker is a plus.
- Experience in mining, construction, automotive, industrial automation, robotics, or heavy machinery is preferred.
