Key Responsibilities:

- Field Treatment & Monitoring (minimum 70% field involvement)
- Conduct field visits for animal treatment along with paravets Monitor ongoing cases at partner shelters, hospitals, and on-ground locations to ensure quality treatment and care.
- Field team (Paravet & Animal Catcher) Supervision
- Dispatch paravets to rescue calls based on case requirements
- Provide guidance and medical support to paravets for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
- Case & Operations Coordination
- Arrange and coordinate diagnostic tests, surgeries, and referrals
- Coordinate animal ambulance services for rescue and treatment
- Ensure smooth coordination with veterinary clinics, hospitals, and shelters for case management.
- Medical Management & Compliance




- Maintain and update the medicine stock register and ensure proper inventory management
- Verify partner bills for treatment and diagnostics along with disease details and case records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Animal Welfare Oversight
- Supervise animal health at partner shelters, Hospitals.
- Ensure proper recovery, rehabilitation, and protected release of treated animals.

- Program Implementation
- Plan and support vaccination and sterilization drives in coordination with field teams and partners.
