The Vendor Onboarding & Event Collaboration Executive is a part-time, remote role responsible for expanding and nurturing Glamourental’s vendor network while supporting event-based partnerships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and contacting potential fashion vendors, coordinating onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate vendor records and documentation. The role involves collaborating with event organizers and partners, aligning vendor offerings with upcoming events, and ensuring timely communication and follow-up.

The Executive will assist in negotiating basic terms, gathering product information and imagery, and coordinating logistics with internal teams. Regular tasks also include monitoring vendor performance, resolving operational issues, and contributing ideas to improve vendor and event collaboration workflows.

- Vendor and partnership management skills, including relationship building, coordination with external partners, and basic negotiation abilities.
- Operational and organizational skills, such as managing documentation, tracking onboarding status, and handling logistics-related follow-ups.
- Communication and collaboration skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and external teams.
- Event coordination skills, with experience or interest in supporting fashion events, launches, or collaborations.
- Comfort working in a remote, part-time environment, with reliable internet access and strong time-management skills.
- Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, online project management platforms); familiarity with e-commerce or fashion platforms is a plus.
- Prior experience in fashion, retail, e-commerce, or vendor management is preferred but not required.
- Relevant education or training in business, fashion management, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
