Role & responsibilities

- Source and identify new vendors, subcontractors and service providers specifically for commercial interior / office fit-out projects.

- Develop and maintain a strong vendor network across major execution categories.

- Identify vendors based on quality, capacity, pricing, location and project requirements.

- Conduct vendor pre-qualification, background checks and capability assessments.

- Negotiate commercial terms, rates, payment terms and other contractual requirements.

- Build and maintain a database of approved and potential vendors.

- Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, Design and Operations teams to understand upcoming vendor requirements.

- Continuously explore and onboard new vendors to strengthen the company's vendor base.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and evaluate their performance.

- Benchmark market rates and identify competitive vendors for project requirements.





- Support the procurement team in obtaining competitive quotations and developing alternate vendor options.

- Ensure availability of vendors for urgent and project-specific requirements.

- Develop category-wise vendor networks for civil, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, furniture, glass & aluminium, plumbing, fire & safety, signage, etc.

Industry-Specific Requirement

- Mandatory experience in Commercial Interior / Office Fit-Out / Design & Build industry.

- Solid existing network of interior contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and service vendors.

- Candidates from Facility Management, Residential Interiors, Retail Sales, General Procurement or Manufacturing Procurement backgrounds will not be preferred unless they have significant commercial office fit-out vendor sourcing experience.
