- Create CAD proposals, concept data, packaging and alternate solutions for vehicle systems, aggregates, features and performance attributes.
- Create critical feasibility sections and CAD data.
- Create Vehicle Package Layout with understanding of packaging, performance, hardpoints, regulatory, ergonomic and feasibility aspects.
- Build and coordinate ergonomic buck build.
- Prepare Preliminary BOM, DMU sessions, DMU checks, assessment reports and PMXU change content.
- Perform DFM, DFA and DFS checks.
- Perform competitor benchmarking.
- Coordinate with engineering functions for KO PDSR completion.




- Support documentation related to PDSR deliverables.
- Create and maintain design guidelines, standards, best practices and efficiency tools.

Primary Skill: Body & Trim Engineering, Suspension, Steering, Vehicle Package Layout (VPL), Vehicle Ergonomics, SAE nomenclatures, vehicle regulatory standards and safety requirements. Must Have: Automotive Passenger Car Engineering Domain, CATIA V5, CAVA, Ramsis, Creo, PLM (TCE, TCUA) and Vis Mock-up experience of minimum 3 years.

Added Advantage: Electric Vehicle HV systems knowledge and Vehicle Integration background.
