Position: Vehicle Integration Engineer

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Automotive, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

Role Summary:

Responsible for integrating different vehicle systems such as Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, HVAC, Powertrain, Chassis, Brakes, Steering, Suspension, and Interior/Exterior systems into the complete vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support vehicle system integration and prototype builds
- Perform vehicle testing, troubleshooting, validation, and root-cause analysis
- Identify mechanical, electrical, and packaging interface issues
- Review CAD drawings, engineering specifications, and system interfaces
- Support DFMEA, DVP&R;, design reviews, and vehicle-level testing
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing, quality, and other engineering teams

- Vehicle architecture and automotive systems
- Vehicle integration and testing
- Mechanical & electrical interfaces
- CAD tools: Creo / CATIA / SolidWorks / AutoCAD / Siemens NX
- GD&T;, tolerances, engineering drawings
- Manufacturing processes
- Root Cause Analysis / 8D
- DFMEA, DFM, DFA

Preferred: Knowledge of FEA/ANSYS, PLM/PDM systems, automotive standards, and engineering change management.
