- B.E. / B.Tech in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
Program Validation Planning &
- Management
- Plan, organize, and control the validation activities and status of vehicle development programs.
- Prepare, consolidate, and maintain validation timelines for all Attribute Teams in alignment with the overall project schedule.
- Maintain validation trackers and present progress updates during project reviews.
- Monitor and track attribute development progress and validation status throughout the program lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Coordination &
- Issue Resolution
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for validation issue resolution and timely escalation of critical concerns.
- Collaborate with PAT (Product Attribute Team) and CoC (Center of Competence) teams to resolve validation-related issues and ensure effective closure.
- Support engineering decision-making by preparing deviation and decision sheets for engineering approvals and sign-offs.
Quality &
- Development Tracking
- Track and monitor quality issues, attribute development status, and VAVE (Value Analysis &
- Value Engineering) initiatives.
- Monitor progress against attribute targets for DVPSOR, RMDV2, and other program milestones.
- Track and manage Mint issues, ensuring timely closure and reporting during program reviews.
